Returns
- We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Shipping costs for returning items due to reasons other than defects or errors are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Since we only accept cash on delivery.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are used, altered, or not in original condition cannot be returned.
- Gifts or promotional items cannot be returned unless defective.
